From the central station:  
Take one of the 'S-Bahn's to 'Marienplatz', there change to undergound U3, heading to 'Fürstenried West', leave it at the stop 'Aidenbachstraße' and there use the exit 'Busbahnhof'.

From the airport :  
Use 'S-Bahn' S8 (heading to 'Pasing'), at 'Marienplatz' change to underground U3, (heading 'Fürstenried West'), leave it at the stop 'Aidenbachstraße' and there use the exit 'Busbahnhof'.

By car:  

Use the 'Mittlerer Ring' until 'Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz', turn into 'Murnauerstraße', pass the 'Boschetsriederstraße' (large crossing with lights) and stop at the second lights right across from the bus terminal at the corner 'Gmunder Straße'.
